Oltrepò is land of untouched villages, medieval castles, historic wineries, and unique flavors. One of our guided tours takes us to the splendid medieval complex founded by St. Alberto di Butrio in the picturesque and wild landscape of the hills of Alto Oltrepò Pavese. Stunning 15th-century frescoes and legends linked to this place. 

On request, it is possible to attend Mass. For lunch, an essential stop at a traditional restaurant where you can taste some of the typical flavors of Oltrepò, from porcini mushrooms to wild boar, from local cold cuts to simple local sweets, all accompanied by the unmissable local wines, excellent reds, and pleasant and interesting whites. 

After lunch, guided tour of the village of Varzi, which retains the characteristics and atmosphere of the medieval era with its towers, ancient aging cellars for cured meats, narrow stone alleys, and the castle of the Malaspina nobles.
